Overload

Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 May 2026 · Last updated: 25 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the Overload mobile app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Overload is a personal workout tracker. We provide it on an "as is" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time; we try not to break things you depend on.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

Don't:

4. AI Coach disclaimer

Not medical advice. The AI Coach generates training suggestions based on your logged data. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional, coach, or physical therapist. Do not follow its suggestions if you have an injury, condition, or medication that affects exercise. When in doubt, consult a professional.

The Coach may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable suggestions. You alone are responsible for what you do with them.

5. Health + injury

Strength training carries injury risk. By using the App you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety, form, and training load. Consult a doctor before starting a new training program.

6. Your content

Your logged workouts, routines, and Coach conversations remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so that the App can function (sync, analytics, Coach responses). This license ends when you delete your account.

7. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

If the App offers paid features, those subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Their refund policies apply. As of the effective date above, Overload has no paid tier.

8. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers + limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injury, lost progress, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which will typically be zero).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
