These terms govern your use of the Overload mobile app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Overload is a personal workout tracker. We provide it on an "as is" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time; we try not to break things you depend on.
Don't:
The Coach may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable suggestions. You alone are responsible for what you do with them.
Strength training carries injury risk. By using the App you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety, form, and training load. Consult a doctor before starting a new training program.
Your logged workouts, routines, and Coach conversations remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so that the App can function (sync, analytics, Coach responses). This license ends when you delete your account.
Overload Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, and as a one-time Founding Lifetime purchase. Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) takes the payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Overload exists to get you to your fitness goal. If you followed an Overload Pro program and did not reach its goal, you can ask for a full refund of what you paid for Overload Pro during that program.
This promise is in addition to the refund rights Apple, Google and your local law already give you.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including injury, lost progress, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which will typically be zero).
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
We may update these terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
