Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026. This policy covers the website; it will expand to cover the app when the app launches.
What we collect (right now)
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address so we can send you a launch invite and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from those at any time, and every email includes a link to do it.
Alongside the email, we record basic signup context: which form on the page you used, the referring page, campaign tags from the link you arrived on (utm parameters), your browser's user agent, and the country your request came from. We use this to understand which channels people find us through. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone.
We also use privacy-friendly page analytics (aggregate visit counts, no cross-site tracking, no ad pixels).
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your email. We don't use ad-network tracking pixels. We don't share waitlist signups with third parties beyond the processors that store and deliver our email.
App privacy (coming soon)
When the mobile app launches, this policy will expand to cover workout data, body composition entries, account information, and how the AI coach uses your history. The principle stays the same: your training data is yours.
